For more than 20 years, Testel-Service LLC has been an authorized service center for the repair of VIAVI measuring equipment and FITEL welding machines (Furukawa Electric Co.). Since 1995, the year of the foundation of the company, the management decided to organize the Service Center as an independent unit, highlighting it as a special direction of activity.
The main functions of the Testel-Service Service Center include:
- Warranty and post-warranty service of the supplied equipment
- Repair of measuring and service equipment in the shortest possible time
- Carrying out periodic preventive measures to maintain equipment in working order
- Consulting (including telephone) on technical issues
In the stationary conditions of the Center, equipped with all the necessary devices and tools, the equipment is tested before it is handed over to the customer. Possible emergency situations and a search for options for their localization are modeled.
The Service Center has at its disposal a certified calibration unit VIAVI, on which the parameters of the reflectometers of this company are tested by the method of multilevel analysis with the issuance of a corresponding Certificate of Conformity.
Complex repairs of equipment in service are being performed. The engineering and technical staff of the Center constantly monitors the rapidly changing market for the technical armament of the serviced systems, conducts marketing research, technical expertise of equipment and its components.
An individual approach to each client, various support programs, flexible pricing policy ensure the best interaction with customers.
